  • Cold Fermentation – the dough is cold fermented for over 24 hours to enhance the natural flavors of the flour resulting in deeper flavor and added texture to the crust
  • Finest Regional Dairy – Mozzarella, Asiago & Burrata sourced from Grande Cheese Company in Wisconsin
  • Highest Quality Local Ingredients – Smoking Goose: capocollo, city ham pancetta, nduja, Capriole goat cheese, Tulip Tree Creamery speciality cheeses, Fisher Farms beef, pork and sausage, local greens when available seasonally
  • Authentic Hand Stretch – each pizza is hand formed to order
  • High Temperature Oven – baked at over 700 degrees in our PizzaMaster deck oven pizza is fully cooked in 2 minutes
