Pizza & Libations is a modern Italian restaurant rooted in tradition and driven by quality. Since opening in 2022, our focus has been simple: create exceptional food using time-honored techniques, high-quality ingredients, and a scratch-made approach—all in a welcoming, neighborhood setting.
Our kitchen balances classic Italian foundations with a contemporary perspective, offering Neapolitan-style pizza, house-made pasta, chef-driven entrées, and a full bar featuring cocktails, wine, and beer. Whether you’re joining us for a family dinner, a night out with friends, or a special occasion, our goal is to serve food that feels both comforting and intentional.

At the heart of our menu is our approach to Neapolitan-style pizza—simple by design, precise in execution.

The Dough
Our dough is made with just three ingredients: Italian 00 flour, water, and yeast. We use traditional Italian 00 flour that is unenriched and unmodified, staying true to classic Neapolitan technique and allowing the natural character of the flour to shine.

Cold Fermentation
Each batch is cold-fermented for over 24 hours to develop deeper flavor and improve texture, resulting in a light, airy crust.

Authentic Hand Stretch
Every pizza is hand-formed to order, honoring traditional Neapolitan methods.

High-Temperature Oven
Our pizzas are baked at over 850°F in a PizzaMaster deck oven, allowing them to fully cook in just minutes while achieving proper char and structure.
